How do the B2B Meetings work?

The B2B Meetings will take place on November 6 from 10.50 am till 2.40 pm. Every meeting will last 7 minutes.

To guarantee absolute privacy, every buyer from each company will have their own meeting room. More information about the location of your meetings will send to you after your successful registration.


How do I register for the B2B Meetings?

Every attendee of the AVIATION FORUM Hamburg will receive an invitation e-mail with further instructions for the B2B Meeting registration.

The registration will start on Wednesday, October 24 at 2.00 pm German time. Make sure to be ready to make your appointments at the launch date. First come, first served!

After your submission you will receive a confirmation of your selected meeting slots to the given e-mail adress. Bring the information with you so you don't miss your appointment!

If you are not registered for the AVIATION FORUM Hamburg 2018, you do not have the permission to attend the B2B Meetings.


Who can I meet?

Every participant can meet up to 3 out of 9 buyers from AIRBUS, Boeing, Premium AEROTEC, LIEBHERR, Spirit AeroSystems, RECARO Aircraft Seating, Rolls-Royce, RUAG Aerospace and Lufthansa Technik.

Is there anything else I need to know?

10 minutes are scheduled for each meeting. As the B2B Meetings will last 7 minutes, there are 3 minutes for room changes. We kindly ask the B2B Meeting participants to leave as quick as possible, once the time is over. For further discussions with the buyers, invite them to your booth for a product presentation!
