DR. KLAUS RICHTER was appointed EVP Procurement at Airbus in 2007 and is in charge of all procurement across the entire Airbus organization. In January 2015, he was appointed Chief Procurement Officer Airbus Group & Airbus and member of the Group Executive Committee. In parallel, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Airbus in Germany.

PHILIPPE BALDUCCHI was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CSALP (C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership), the Airbus Bombardier Partnership, on 1st July 2018.
He started his professional career as a Marketing Associate and Sales Manager with Harris Semiconductor. Then he held several senior management positions in France and the US from 1990 to 2001 with Matra and its subsidiaries (now all part of Airbus).
He joined Airbus in 2001 as Financial Controller, subsequently became CFO of Airbus Group North America, then Head of Investor Relations and most recently Head of Performance Management until June 2018.
Philippe Balducchi holds an engineering degree from ENAC (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile) in Toulouse as well as a MBA from HEC Paris

ISMAIL ABDULLA is the Chief Executive Officer of Strata. He is also Vice President in Mubadala's Aerospace, Renewables and ICT (AR&I) platform, one of four global business platforms within Mubadala Investment Company.
In his role as CEO of Strata, Ismail is responsible for strengthening the company’s and the UAE aerospace industry competitiveness worldwide.

BCA Supply Chain, Director of Systems Strategy, The Boeing Company
SIMONE BERGER is currently the Director of Supply Chain Systems Strategy for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Simone joined Boeing in 1986 as an Avionics engineer from MIT, and since then has held avionics and engineering leadership positions for the 737, 747, 767, and 777 airplane programs. In December of 2017, Simone was appointed to her current role as Systems Strategy Director.

MARC BLASER, born in 1975, is CEO of Blaser Swisslube AG, a Swiss family-owned lubricant company founded in 1936. He holds a University of Applied Sciences degree in business administration, and started his career in the insurance industry. After various further training courses in the areas of leadership and management, he joined the Blaser Swisslube USA sales organization in 2003 as Area Sales Manager for Mexico, Puerto Rico, the State of Louisiana and French-speaking Canada. In 2004 he returned to company headquarters in Switzerland and was appointed Sales Manager Europe and subsequently COO. In 2010 Marc Blaser took over the management of this family owned company in its third generation, with over 600 employees worldwide.

David Brigante was appointed Senior Vice President Procurement in January 2015 leading the procurement strategies. He reports to ATR CEO and is a member of the Executive Committee.
He joined Leonardo in 1988 and worked in various management positions in Aerostructures, Industrial Planning and Control, Procurement and Customer Support.
He holds a University Degree in Economics.

DIETMAR CZAIA, was appointed as Managing Director of GKN Aerospace Deutschland GmbH in January 2009. He joined GKN Aerospace in 2002 and held various management positions. Before GKN, Dietmar Czaia studied mechanical engineering as well as industrial engineering and management and worked for five years in a management consultancy firm.

DR. ARMEL DJEUKOU started working for Premium AEROTEC, an Airbus company, as Head of Industrial Solutions & Strategy in January 2017. He joined Airbus in 2005 und worked in various management positions within Engineering and Flight Physics. Armel Djeukou holds a diploma in Aeronautical Engineering and is doctor of Mechanical Engineering.

ERIK GOEDHART is working at Kuehne+Nagel as Senior Vice President and heading up the aerospace and industrials market & solutions approach. The Aerospace business for Kuehne+Nagel has developed into one of the six key market segments. Industry breakthrough end to end solutions like KN EngineChain and KN InteriorChain has been successfully launched in the market in the past year.

DR. CHRISTIAN HOWE joined HEGGEMANN AG 2014 as COO and was appointed CEO 2017. His former background was in the automotive industry at Daimler in the R&D department and achieving his doctor in mechanical engineering. He worked for Benteler Automotive and became Managing director of the Joint Venture Benteler-SGL to set up a new company for a full automated carbon fibre part production.

DR. DETLEF KAYSER has been Executive Vice President Strategy & Fleet since January 2016. He is responsible for, among others, determining fleet size as well as fleet composition and allocation for the entire Lufthansa Group.

KEVIN MATTHIES is Senior Vice President of Spirit Aerosystems’ Global Fabrication business. Mr. Matthies is a 31-year veteran of the aerospace industry in roles spanning Program Management, Operations, Chief Engineer and Fabrication. Mr. Matthies joined Spirit Aerosystems in 2013 serving as Vice President of the Airbus programs and as Vice President and GM of the 787 program.
